3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.

• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals requested on unverified accounts will be held pending completion of the verification process.
